You choose the tests; a licensed clinician reviews your order and, when clinically appropriate, signs the lab order. You then visit one of the listed locations for your test; all available labs are certified under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments and regularly inspected.
Each test page shows its price. You pay once at checkout, with the clinician review added there, and nothing is due at the lab.
A membership that covers clinician review fees for eligible orders, subject to plan terms and limits. Instead of $15 per order, members pay $15 a month, or $150 a year. Join at checkout with any test. Cancel online in Account, then Lab Pass; there is nothing to call and no cancellation fee. Coverage continues to the end of the period you paid for, with no further charges. Cancel before your billing date to skip the next charge. We email a receipt after each monthly charge, a reminder about 30 days before a yearly renewal, and at least 30 days’ notice before any price change.
If no part of your order is approved, you're refunded in full, test and review fee together. If the clinician approves some tests but not others, you're only charged for the approved ones.
Most of the 2,000+ lab locations take walk-ins, and many let you book a time online. Your signed lab order works at any of the listed locations for your test.
Timing varies by test. Each test page lists the test price, clinician review fee, and any prep or sample details that apply. We notify you when results are ready.
